Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition





The U.S. Government intends to award a renewal action using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration and Drug Enforcement Agency that is expiring in Philadelphia, PA at the Philadelphia International Airport.





The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,139 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by February 8, 2023. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
