Description

DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of one NSN, 4140-00-516-5002 (Fan, Vaneaxial), under solicitation number SPE8E9-23-Q-0182. This item is manufactured to the following:





PROCURE TO MIL-STD-2073-1D.



IDENTIFY TO: MIL-STD-130N, 15 DEC 1999



MARKING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-129.



SPECIAL MARKING CODE:ZZ -ZZ Special Requirements





IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-18953C(1)

The solicitation period will be 30 days; the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on SAM.gov AFTER January 17, 2023. It will be for a one-time large procurement for a quantity of 15 EA with a quantity option included (either 50% or 100%). The anticipated required delivery schedule is 350 days ADO. If a quantity option is exercised the same delivery schedule will apply to the quantity option. Delivery will be FOB Origin, Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with pricing for the base quantity of 15, as well as quantity option pricing for 50% and 100%. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted.
