OBA LHTC Broaband. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville. NY for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. The United States Penitentiary has a need for telephone services. The Government believes that South Canaan Telephone is the only vendor that will satisy the agency requirement with continuing telephone services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquistion Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1).
