Provide a variety of museum quality table and freestanding display cases to outfit a new conceptual exhibit gallery at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC), Carlisle, PA. This new gallery must be established NLT 1 MAY 23, (updated 10/28/22) this allows forenough time to properly arrange and décor the cases for the exhibit. The desired goal is to have this exhibit area completed by 1 May 2023 (updated 10/28/22). The contractor shall deliver sixteen (16) museum quality display cases of varying dimensions for the new conceptual exhibit gallery at the USAHEC. The delivery, setup and training to be performed under this contract will be performed at the contractor’s site and delivered to USAHEC, 950 Soldiers Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. The contractor shall provide: set up and operating instruction/training for each of the different sizes of museum quality table and freestanding display cases for the new conceptual exhibit gallery. The project has six (6) specific product CLINs. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, delivery of the products, and onsite setup and operational training. Contractor will deliver and test all display cases to ensure proper function. Contractor will contact government representative to coordinate a delivery date. Contractor will conduct setup training and operating training to government (1 session per case type) and provide maintenance and operating instructions in digital format at the time of delivery.
