Travel east along Route 68 until meets Interstate 76 and then travel southeast along 76 until it meets with Freshcorn Road. Travel northeast along Freshcorn Road and continue on to Zehner School Road. Travel northeast along Zehner School Road and continue along Route 528. Stay on Route 528 as it turns into Route 68 and then continue east along Brownsdale Road. Continue on Brownsdale Road until it intersects with Route 8 and then continue east on Dinnerbell Road. The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boyers, Pennsylvania that will be expiring. The Government has determined that, for mission- related and economic reasons, it is advantageous to exercise an existing 5-year renewal option. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. These costs include physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.





Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
