SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A single site-visit is scheduled for Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 1:00PM at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, has an upcoming requirement for the supply and installation of one (1) Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 333517 Machine Tool Manufacturing.

Tobyhanna Army Depot will be holding a virtual Industry Day for this requirement. The purpose of this event is to provide interested companies with an overview of the requirement, promote an early exchange of information, and provide an opportunity for industry to provide effective feedback.

This event will be held virtually on 16 November 2022 from 1:00PM EST to 4:00 PM EST, via Microsoft Teams.

Those interested in attending must RSVP and register with the Contract Specialist, Mark Buonomo, at mark.buonomo2.civ@army.mil, no later than Monday November 14, at 1:00PM EST. Interested companies are requested to register ahead of time so the Government can send out invitations through Microsoft Teams. This is to prevent possible issues within Microsoft Teams that would cause delays or connectivity issues with attendees and to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Based on market research, the Government intends on utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in association with this requirement.

A single pre-solicitation site visit will be scheduled, to take place AFTER this event, if requested by industry. This announcement will be updated to provide information for any scheduled site visits.
