The purpose of this Amendment is to post Questions & Answers while extending the Combined Synopsis-solicitation to March 7, 2023 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time a drawing can be accessed per the directions stated below and an official parts list has been incorporated. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.

Question #1: Is there a drawing package for this requirement and will the FAT be consumed during testing or be usable as part of the production quantity.

Answer #1: Posted with Amendment #1. No, it is a separate CLIN and does not count against the production quantity.

Drawings: “Technical data can only be distributed to contractors who have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Technical data that are export-controlled must be marked with an export control warning notice. This statement identifies technical data which the DoD will withhold from public release using authority in 10 U.S.C. 130. The Government’s right to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose such technical data are restricted for the Contractor/their subsidiaries/or sub-contractors’ at every level. Any reproduction of technical data or portions thereof marked with these legends must also reproduce these legends on such technical data. Contractors wanting to obtain access to the unclassified technical data drawings MUST have Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Letterkenny Munitions Center has the requirement for up to twenty five hundred (2,500) each new W110 Cable Assemblies, NSN 6150-01-623-6155 over a five year period. The W110 Cable Assemblies must be built exactly to the specifications of W110 Cable Assemblies, NSN 6150-01-623-6155. No variation or revisions will be accepted.
