SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL FOUNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFPC).





NFPC is requesting the vendor procure and deliver the Hangsterfers Metalworking Fluid under a 5 year contract at 80 drums per year. No replacement or substitutions are acceptable. The contractor is responsible for performing the tasks listed in Section 3.0, Requirements found in Attachment (1) - Statement of Work (SOW) Draft
