Description

This combined synopsis / solicitation is to serve as the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division's intent to solicit on a sole-source basis the procurement of VM-USB VME Controller with USB-2 interface from W-IEN E-R Power Electronics (3J7N8) on the basis that Wiener is the only company that manufactures the VM-USB with slave firmwarem, this firmware is required for interoperability site systems due to the Signal Virtualization in DIU Memory (SVDM) test tool utilized. All responses shall be submitted by email to Kevin O'Shaughnessy - Kevin.OShaughnessy3.Civ@Us.Navy.Mil with reference to the posting ID in the subject line. Responses shall be inclusive of Firm, CAGE, Business Size, and rationale of why the firm can meet the requirement.
