This requirement is for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the turn-key installation of one (1) each Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Solid State Laser Cutting System, to include: all necessary engineering and design; all necessary site preparation work, such as machine removal, excavation work, and concrete and isolation pad installation; and the supply, delivery, installation, documentation and personnel training required. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation (SF1449) is provided with this notice. The following information is provided:

1. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) on the attached SF1449.

2. See SF1449 for all applicable FAR provisions and clauses.

3. This solicitation is posted as full and open competition.
