Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.
The solicitation is 36C24423Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The applicable NAICS code is 337127. The VA Pittsburgh Medical Center 1010 Delafield Rd, Pittsburgh PA, 15215 has a partial brand name or equal requirement for furniture. A copy of the solicitation, drawings, name brand justification and line item spreadsheet are attached. Please download documents for all details, required items, information, and requirements for submission of quotes. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB destination Only, with delivery to the Monroeville CBOC 421 Mall Circle Drive, Monroeville PA 15146. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing only, to John.Mignogna@va.gov No phone calls will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on Friday, November 18th, 2022, and shall be submitted electronically to John.Mignogna@va.gov Quotes received after this deadline may not be considered. Any amendments to this solicitation will be posted in the same manner as the solicitation
