The City and its governing body wish to obtain a complete cost assessment and operational impact of returning to the City some or all of the current responsibilities of the Allentown Parking Authority, to include enforcement of the on-street parking program. The City is seeking qualified and experienced professional firms to provide a complete analysis on the City undertaking the operations or portions of the the operation of the APA.
