The City of Allentown is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced professional firms to provide recruitment services, preferably a firm that is experienced in placing diverse underrepresented talent, in order to expedite the hiring process for City vacancies. The intent of this solicitation is to partner with one or more recruiting firms to provide high quality service and to deliver highly qualified, diverse candidates for the City to consider for positions.
