It is the purpose of this Invitation to Bid to secure a contractor for construction of a new pool facility including utility services, new admissions and restroom support buildings, pool (including pumps, filters, spray features), pool deck (including drainage), artificial turf sitting areas, perimeter fencing, site lighting and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
