The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a Contractor to provide Third-Party Workers Compensation and Automobile Claims Administration (TPA) Services to the City of Allentown. The proposal shall include pricing for General Liability (property and casualty) Third-Party Claim Administrative Services and Subrogation Services. The performance standards, as listed herein, make up the minimum requirements and level of services expected from the selected TPA.
