Bids will be electronically opened at 2:10PM and bid tabulation summaries will posted to PennBID no later than 3:00PM : ­ https://pennbid.procureware.com The project involves installation of a stream pump around system, earthmoving, bulk grading, fine grading, seeding, planting and other related items along the Evans Run Tributary along State Route 441-River Rd. Electronic bidding documents, including drawings, plans and specifications and bid forms, may be obtained from PennBID after January 9, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond payable to "East Donegal Township", in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bonds shall so state same.
