Fifth Street, Columbia, PA The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for work related to the demolition of the buildings at 154 and 156 S. Fifth Street in Columbia Borough. A property site visit will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 9am to 11am.
