WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP REQUEST FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by West Lampeter Township, 852 Village Road, Lampeter, PA 17537 until 2:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, March 23, 2023, for 2023 AGGREGATE & ROAD PAVING CONTRACTS at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Documents are available at the Township Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or online at: www.westlampeter.com . Bids may be awarded by the Board of Supervisors on April 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. or at a subsequent meeting. Prevailing wages apply. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Township and accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to West Lampeter Township. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required within twenty (20) days of the award.
