REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL East Cocalico Township Authority (ECTA) is now accepting proposals for a Project Consultant for “Protecting Drinking Water in East Cocalico Township Through Farm Collaboration.” The qualified Project Consultant will perform agricultural outreach to farmers in ECTA’s source water protection area. A complete proposal package can be downloaded at www.eastcocalicotownshipauthority.com under Bids/Quotes/Proposals or can be picked up at our office at 102 Hill Rd, Denver, PA 17517, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Proposals must be submitted no later than November 23, 2022, at 12:00 PM (noon) via email to water@ecocalicotwpauth.com .
