INVITATION TO BID LANCASTER COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY PURCHASE OF NEW SOLID TIRES FOR VOLVO WHEEL LOADER Sealed Bids for the above-referenced equipment will be received by the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority ("Owner") until, and will be publicly opened on February 24, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. (local time) in the Owner's Office at 1299 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Bid opening, and the Owner shall award a contract or reject all Bids on or before such sixty (60) day period. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
