INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Mount Joy Township, 8853 Elizabethtown Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, until 10:00 A.M. on February 14, 2023, at which time the bids received will be opened and read aloud for the following: -200 Tons – Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, PG 64-22, 0.3 to 3.0 million esals – F.O.B. Plant; Delivered at Job Site; and Delivered as Directed. -1,000 Tons – Superpave Wearing Course, 19mm, PG 64-22, 0.3 to 3.0 million esals – F.O.B. Plant; Delivered at Job Site; and Delivered as Directed. -2,000 Tons – Select Granular Material - 2RC – F.O.B. -100 Tons – 1B - AASHTO No. 8 – F.O.B. -100 Tons – R4 – AASHTO No. 1 – F.O.B. -100 Tons – R5 – AASHTO No. 1 – F.O.B. Bid proposals shall be on the forms furnished by the Township of Mount Joy and shall be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope marked “Bid Opening of February 14, 2023 for Superpave / Stone, F.O.B. Plant, et al”. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Mount Joy Township. The awarding of a contract to the successful bidder, if appropriate, will take place at the regular meeting of the Mount Joy Township Board of Supervisors to be held on February 20, 2023 at 7:00 P.M., prevailing time, at the Mount Joy Township Municipal Building, 8853 Elizabethtown Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
