The City of Pittsburgh invites vendors to apply for inclusion on a Pre-Qualified (PQ) List for Demolition Services within Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) eligible areas. Vendors awarded agreements will be added to this PQ List. The term of each awarded PQ List Agreement will begin upon execution and continue through August 31, 2023 with One, Two-Year Option to Renew. The PQ List will close to new applications on June 15, 2023. A separate bid solicitation will be sent to the PQ List for each project or purchase order as needed.
