This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the purchase of water treatment chemicals for use in areas such as HVAC, potable drinking water, wastewater treatment, coal strip-mine run-off treatment, and swimming pools for all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. Chemicals shall be in accordance with the specifications within the specific Pennsylvania Commercial Item Description (PCID).
