INVITATION TO BID – Shippensburg University
Project Number and Name: SU-2022-4/A: Henderson Gymnasium Lockers
Work included under this project at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania consists of the construction and installation of athletic lockers at Henderson Gymnasium.
Work shall be accomplished by one prime contractor, and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the Shippensburg University. The electrical connection of the lockers and accent lights will be by others.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on January 11 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Harley Hall Multi-Purpose room which is across from the Reed Operations Center. Pre-Bid Submittals Due Date/Time: January 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST
Pre-Bid Submittals: Two complete sets of Pre-Bid Submittals are required. Deliver one set to University and one set to Design professional. Pre-Bid Submittals shall be delivered to:
Pre-Bid Submittals Determination: Pre-Bid Submittal packages will be reviewed for conformance to the project requirements. Each contractor will be notified whether their product is acceptable
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, on February 8, 2023 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com . In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com
