Description:

The Department of Labor & Industry (L&I) is seeking drivers with experience providing Non Emergency Transport Services to employees for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) Office for the following counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry & York Counties.
Current Suppliers who have a valid contracts need not apply to this solicitation.
Please read the full Statement of Work attached. All required documentation must be attached with your bid.
This is a Small Business/Small Diverse Business Solicitation. Suppliers must have their certificate attached with their bids. See the Small Business attachment on instructions on how to apply.
This is a Supplemental IFB to 6100056119.
This is a multi-award contract. All responsive bidders will receive a contract. An award of a contract is not a guarantee of assignment of work. No work may be performed without the issuance of a Purchase Order.
The term of the Contract is anticipated to begin upon approval through June 30, 2023.
Bids must be electronically submitted.

BIDDERS WILL ENTER THEIR PRICE FOR NON EMERGENCY TRANSPORT NON-AMBULATORY ON LINE 2.
THE BID PRICE MAY NOT EXCEED THE CAPPED PRICE IDENTIFIED IN APPENDIX E COST SHEET.
LINE 3, TRAVEL, FOOD, LODGING MUST BE BID AT $1.00 EACH
Bids are due November 18, 2022 @ 8:00 a.m. Late bids will be disqualified. Failure to submit bid as described may result in your being rejected as a non responsive bidder.
Only Electronic Bids will be accepted. Transport Services are capped at the identified prices by OVR location, Bidders are asked to provide their hourly rate for driver services, not to exceed the capped hourly rate. Bidders will submit their price for the local office of service where service will be provided.
All requirements to be completed and returned as part of the bid submission are outlined in the Statement of Work under Bid Submission and also under Eligibility Requirements. Completed documents must be attached to your electronic IFB in the PA Supplier Portal along with any Addendums posted to the IFB.
