Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is soliciting written proposals for a Multi-Award and Statewide (all Districts and Central Office), transportation-related design, drafting, and 3D modeling solution, in accordance with 62 Pa. C.S. § 517. Multiple Awards. The selected Offerors will provide software licenses, professional services including development and maintenance for products, and upgrades that are a critical part of the PennDOT Engineering Infrastructure. In addition, PennDOT may exercise the option to use other software offered by the selected Offerors.
The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) program and PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program apply to this procurement. There is an SDB Goal of 3% and a VBE Goal of 3% established for this procurement.

Due to the current COVID pandemic, this session/conference will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams on September 23, 2022 @ 1:00 PM. An RSVP is due via email to Omer Yalcinanahtar, oyalcinana@pa.gov, by Wednesday, September 21, 2022 @ 3:00 PM. The link to the Microsoft Teams call, or call in phone# and code for those without Microsoft Teams access, will be provided after registration.
