The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug Twenty (20) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,000 to 2,000 feet in depth, to Department specifications.
Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for February 2 at 9 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Large Parking Lot Off Knox Exit South of I 80 East. Lat N 41 11’00” Long W-79 32’28”. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
