This licensure can be issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a reciprocal jurisdiction, or possesses and active certification as issued by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). The Contractor will serve as the lead advisor to school districts and career and technical centers that are completing Act 70 prescribed PlanCon Comprehensive Construction Projects and/or Act 70 prescribed Maintenance Program Projects
