INVITATION TO BID – COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY – MANSFIELD CAMPUS
CWU-20-M: PA (Physician Assistant) Program Relocation
Commonwealth University – Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the modifications to exiting spaces to accommodate the PA Program. Work shall include removal of existing flooring and installation of new, wall painting, window shades, providing wall and floor cabinetry with sink, hot/cold water piping, sanitary piping, electrical and data outlets, adding new and separate light switch for space lighting separation, etc.
A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 30, 2023 – 10:30 AM at the Memorial Hall Building on the campus of Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA 16933.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on April 20, 2023 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com . In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com
