PACJTF is located at Building 8-47, Engineer Road, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. PA-CJTF provides support for Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) by producing solutions for the disposal of RX drugs.
The PO will cover:
1. Mobile Waste Incinerator:
Waste Type: Mixed Type 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 general waste and waste oils
Waste Density: 7 to 22 lb/ft³
Waste CV: 5,750 BTU/lb (solid waste) 10,000 BTU/lb (liquid waste)
Moisture Content: 20-50%
Estimated Ash Residue: 5-10%
Nominal Throughput: 110lbs/hour batch load up to 8 hours
Incinerator Capacity: 500lbs
Fuel: Diesel
a. Incinerator:
Skid Mounted adapted to suit the vehicle trailer
Vertical solid hearth, refractory lined primary combustion chamber
Full sized interlocked bulk load/ash removal door
45 gallon (170 litres) integral fuel tank
5kW diesel generator ? 1 off diesel fired ignition burner – temperature controlled
1 off combustion air supply fan and distribution system, automatic control
High-capacity secondary combustion chamber
1 off diesel fired afterburner – temperature controlled
Control panel – automatic operation
Temperature indication primary and secondary chambers 0-2200°F
Stack air dilution plenum
Hinged/Removal stainless steel stack to a height of 9 feet.
2. Trailer:
14ft length.
GVWR 10,000lb.
Additional steelwork to secure the incinerator.
Tarpaulin cover.
3. One year (1) warranty on all parts and equipment.
4. Maintenance replacement parts.
5. Installation:
Start-up technician will perform the following: • Calibrate Incinerator Settings • Commission the System.
6. Training:
Basics of operating and troubleshooting. In addition to the training, the awarded contractor shall provide a written instruction manual with pictures.
