PennDOT is seeking an Offeror to propose solutions and provide maintenance design and in-situ repair and/or replacement of pipe culverts on SR 4009 in Columbia County.
Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) Participation. The Issuing Office and the Department of General Services’ Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) has not set Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals for this procurement. This procurement is either under the $250,000 threshold for setting SDB and VBE Participation goals, or the Issuing Office and BDISBO have determined that the SDB and/or VBE participation opportunities for the scope of work for this procurement are de minimis.
There are no goals for Small Diverse Businesses (SDB) or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) on this solicitation, but bidders are encouraged to subcontract to SDB and VBE firms that can be found at the following address: http://www.dgs.internet.state.pa.us/suppliersearch.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT's) Act 89 of 2013 Diverse Business (DB) Participation Program will also be included in this procurement. Please refer to section 29. PennDOT’s Act 89 Diverse Business (DB) Participation Program in this RFP Description. Further information on the PennDOT's DB program can be found in RFP Questions Group 1.2.
