The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) on behalf of the Bureau of Workforce Development Administration (BWDA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit data from potential suppliers with knowledge and experience in quantitative research, reporting and data visualization, and evaluation methodologies to embed within the Department and use to evaluate the effectiveness of all grant programs. The information gathered will be used to assist with the development of a future solicitations.
DLI is requesting that all vendor questions be submitted by 2:00pm ET on Friday, October 7, 2022 and vendor responses by 12:00pm ET on Friday, October 14, 2022. Questions and responses should be submitted via email to RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@pa.gov with the subject line -- 6100056921-12 BWDA Grant Performance Evaluation Services.
