The Department of General Services (DGS) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to the Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP) # 120820, Common Carrier Services, located by copying this link into your browser:

Topics for discussion will include, but not be limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices, insurance/liability requirements, accessorial services/charges and market trends.
The Forum will be held on February 9, 2023, from 2 pm to 4 pm. This will be a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams. If you plan to participate in this forum, send an email RSVP to Frank Farina, (ffarina@pa.gov) and you will be provided with a Teams Meeting Link. Please include in your RSVP the first and last name of participants, email address of participants, and company name. RSVP must be received no later than 12:00 PM on 2/7/2023.
The first hour of the Supplier Forum (2:00 - 3:00 pm) is reserved for the suppliers interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The second hour of the Supplier Forum (3:00 - 4:00 pm EST) will be focused toward both potential prime and Small Business contractors. The second hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth's Small Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.
