The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing invites proposals from qualified web application development firms for the rebuild and expansion of the Commission’s sentencing guidelines software web application (SGS Web) in compliance with the requirements and terms set forth in this RFP.
The goal of the project defined by this RFP is to develop and deploy the first phase of the new SGS Web application. The first phase will focus on building all functionality required to implement and monitor compliance with the 8th Edition Sentencing Guidelines and replicating existing functionality available in the legacy application (e.g., functionality related to the Resentencing Guidelines and the Sentence Risk Assessment Instrument).
