This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
The project consists of full depth removal of existing paving materials approximately 30’ wide by 13”-14” depth on Range Road Station 41+56.75 to Station 63+58.05. Compact and test subgrade.
Remove and replace unsuitable subgrade material (unsatisfactory soils). Repave Range Road 24’
wide with 8” subbase course, 4” base course, tack coat, and 1-1/2” wearing course. Install
PennDOT Type 3 shoulder 3’ wide each side. Tie into existing paved and gravel roads and
parking lots via saw cut or compacted excavation as shown. Restore construction disturbance
beyond shoulders. Complete line painting as required.
ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $600,000 - $800,000
Liquidated Damages = (.1) $220.00 per day

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Tuesday April 4th, 2023 at 10:00AM, Area 19 per the map attached in the bid documents, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Lebanon County, PA.
All potential bidders are invited and urged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.
There are no Small Business goals attached to this bid.
