The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency is procuring a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab 159" LT with an upfit to be used as an emergency response vehicle.
The 2023 model is preferred but other year models can be accepted as long as they meet the same capabilities.
