Description:

This project will provide ongoing services for hosting, support, and maintenance for Capital Planning Tool (CPT), a custom version of the open-source asset management platform, which was co-developed for the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Virginia. CPT’s functions and capabilities address ground transit agency assets (i.e., facilities, buses, agency equipment) with a useful life and value exceeding $5,000.
The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. There is a DBE Goal of eleven and seventeen one hundredths of a percent (11.17%) established for this procurement.
Due to the current COVID pandemic, the Preproposal Conference will take place via Microsoft Teams. The Conference will be held on January 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. An RSVP is due via email to ngotwalt@pa.gov, by January 25, 2023 at 4:30 PM. The link to the Microsoft Teams call, or call in phone number and code for those without Microsoft Teams access, will be provided after registration. Attendance to the Preproposal Conference is optional.
