Penn State is soliciting Requests for Proposals for Professional Services (the “RFP”) from qualified professional firms to provide an analysis, recommendations, and conceptual plans for operational and infrastructure upgrades to enhance the safety, financial aspects, and operational efficiency of the Jordan East, Porter North, and Stadium West parking lots at the University Park campus, particularly as it relates to managing special events for Intercollegiate Athletics and BJC events in the surrounding area.
