The Penn State University Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) intends to construct an 88,000 GSF four-floor building. Construction will include infrastructure planning in support of future development. This building will support ARL research requirements, maximize ARL growth capability and create an interdisciplinary HUB for ARL operations and access. CallisonRTKL is the lead design professional for the project. This project has sensitive security concerns with a detailed security management plan that must be followed by the awarded Construction Manager.
