The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, February 1, 2023, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, February 2, 2023, for the BOILER & WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT PROJECT at the Lehigh County Jail.

Complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained 1) on or after January 4, 2023 at the office of the Engineer: Strunk-Albert Engineering, 804 Seven Bridge Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, 570-421-2025 upon a non-refundable payment of $75.00 per set, including shipping. Checks shall be made payable to “Strunk-Albert Engineering” ; or 2) downloadable via the View/Print option below for no charge .

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Lehigh County Jail located at 38 North 4 ^th Street, Allentown, PA 18102 on January 13, 2023, commencing at 9:00 A.M.

In an attempt to safeguard all persons attending the pre-bid meeting, attendees must abide by the same policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 as Lehigh County employees are expected to follow. The requirements include social distancing, proper face masks, temperature screenings prior to entry (if applicable), and adherence to all posted signage throughout County facilities.
