Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.
All Bidders are required to visit the Job Site, which is located at 218 Donohoe Road, Greensburg, PA 15601, before submitting a Bid. There will be NO Pre-Bid Meeting.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:
