Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.
Mandatory
Pre-Bid Meetings will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 9:00AM, Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 1:00PM and Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 1:00PM. All are being held at the Job Site, Westmoreland County Regional Youth Services Center, 2771 S. Grande Boulevard, Greensburg, PA 1501. All bidders are required to attend one Pre-Bid Meeting before submitting a bid.
The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:
