Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on May 2, 2023 for RE-BID – WESTMORELAND COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 9:00 AM. It is being held at Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging, (Troutman’s Building) 200 Main South Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. Attendees should enter the Agency’s main lobby to sign in and obtain visitor identification before proceeding to the Conference Room.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
