RFP 202323 2-01 for Jail Commissary Services
This document constitutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified organizations to provide commissary services and vending service for the inmates of Franklin County Jail in exchange for a percentage share basis with the successful vendor. These services include hardware and software required to run an effective system as well as physical delivery and distribution of the items ordered.
