All bid documents are available on PennBid . Sealed bids shall be submitted online via PennBid by June 6th, 2023, at 12:00 pm. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and services for a complete cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining system including but not limited to pre-installation cleaning and televising, installation of CIPP liner, sealing of all laterals, and post installation televising and inspection.
