This is a solicitation notice for a non-commercial supply purchase being solicited on the basis of full and open competition. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has established a requirement for the production, assembly, testing, and delivery of Pulper and Shredder Processing Equipment for US Navy ships.
Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be considered for award. See https://.sam.gov/ for further information and instructions.
Due to file size constraints, Attachment 1 – Pulper-Shredder Drawings of Record (Inclusive is Attachments 1a through 1g) will solely be available upon written request. Requests for Attachment 1 shall be made within five (5) days of solicitation issuance and will be released using DoD SAFE. Requests should be submitted via e-mail to all of the following points of contact (POC):

The deadline for receipt of questions is ten (10) business days after date of solicitation issuance. Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after this deadline will be answered.
