Description

The Forest Service has 4 Rheem brand commercial, roof top A/C Units that will be replaced, to including all electric, gas, duct connections:



UNIT 1 is model RACA15060ACT000AA 15, UNIT 2 RACA1402ACT000AB, and UNITS 3 and 4 are RACA14048BCT00AA. Replace 4 Rheem brand Economizers are model AXRD-01RACAM3.



Proposed solutions must be of equal or better size and quality to the current Rheem Products.



Preventive maintenance service shall be executed per the Manufacturer’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual for each specific make and model. Routine HVAC maintenance will include two (2) routine inspections and associated maintenance(Spring and Fall),inclusive of all time and materials requiredto perform the routine maintenance.



The Forest Service is conducting market research to determine the best set aside for this requirement. ALL interested firms who have the capability to perform these services at this referenced location are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to respond to this notice with the following information:




  1. SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number

  2. Do you qualify as a small business un the NAICS 238220? Yes or No

  3. List the SBA recognized socio-economic categories your firm qualifies for.



At minimum, the solicitation is anticipated to be set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
