The Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to Post the following Questions and Answers that were received:



1. I'm interested in submitting a quote solicitation 12305B23Q0003. Is there an official quote form to fill out?



Answer: No there’s no official one, you can send your own quote form.



2. When submitting the proposal, if I'm subbing out the work in what format do I submit? This is my first time so any information regarding the proposal submission process would be greatly appreciated.



Answer: You need to follow the instructions outlined in the solicitation and attachments that were posted. When submitting your quote, it does not require a breakdown of costs. You need to submit a quote inclusive of all prices and fees to complete the job. An award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.



3. What are USDA pay arrangements?



Answer: USDA’s payment terms are Net 30



4. What is the square footage of the attic where the work is to be performed?



Answer: The square footage for the main attic is approximately 4,160 square feet and the head house attic is approximate 3,000 square feet.



The closing date for Quote submission remains the same: November 9, 2022, at 12:00pm EST.
