DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP) intends to award a sole source contract for an 8.5-ton York HVAC Roof Top Unit to Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI) (CAGE Code 32242), Harrisburg Branch, 195 Limekiln Rd., New Cumberland, PA 17070 under the authority of FAR 13.601-1(b)(1) “Soliciting from a single source”. DDSP has a requirement for an 8.5-ton Roof-Top HVAC Unit that will be integrated into the Building Automation System (BAS) for the HVAC systems throughout the DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA Site allowing for a standardized and centralized control process. JCI manufactures an 8.5-ton York HVAC RTU that will provide the required capabilities and components allowing for direct integration of the replacement equipment and any programming changes needed for correct operation and control. Additionally, JCI currently maintains and services the BAS at DLA Distribution Susquehanna.
