Description

United States Army Hertiage and Education Center Living History Program



This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a weekend educational event covering U.S. Army Soldier history over a timeline of U.S. Army history, entitled Army Heritage Days. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.



The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, staff, transportation and program support materials as needed, to fully carry out the requirements set forth in this Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall provide professionally trained, experienced staff possessing the skills, knowledge, and training to satisfactorily perform the services required by this contract.



The U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) is an integral part of the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) and maintains the knowledge repositories that support scholarship and research about the U.S. Army and its operating environment. The USAHEC Mission is to engage, inspire, and inform the Army, the American people, and global partners with a unique and enduring source of knowledge and thought. The USAHEC vision is to be the place of choice for innovative research, analysis, collaboration, and education, physically and virtually. The Education and Engagement Directorate has the responsibility of carrying out that mission and vision for the USAHEC through engaging exhibits and education programs for the U.S. Army and the general public.



This will be awarded as a Base Year plus 4 Option Years
